Angelina Jolie's Makeup

Create a Cleopatra effect by winging your eyeliner upward and outward (on the top and bottom lashline) at the outer corners of the eye. You can use a black pencil eye liner, warmed up by scribbling on the back of your hand, or use liquid liner applied with a slanted eyeliner brush. If you don't have a steady hand, you can apply the liner between the lashes in a small dot formation and smudge it out with your fingertips or a Q-Tip.
Angelina Jolie keeps her eye lids void of heavy color. Keep all the emphasis at your lashline (go as dark as you dark with liner and mascara in mulitple layers). A pearly white or gold shadow applied to the lid and directly underneath the brow bone will complete this red carpet-ready look. --Stephanie Simons
